Description: T-705RTP sodium, the sodium salt of T-705RTP, is the triphosphoralated active metabolite of T-705, which is a novel and potent influenza virus RNA polymerase inhibitor that has activity against RNA viruses. As a selective and GTP-competitive influenza virus RNA polymerase inhibitor, it exhibits IC50 of 0.14 μM and a Ki of 1.52 μM.
