Formulation

10 mg; 1 mL Agarose Beads suspended in 2 ml slurry in glycerol

8 mg protein A/mL matrix. The matrix linking chemistry is stable when eluted with weak acid (pH 2-3) and could be re-usable with no apparent loss of IgG binding capacity.

30-40 mg rabbit IgG/mL beads as tested using rabbit serum

Protein A agarose consists of the native protein A immobilized on 4% cross linked agarose beads. It is made for the binding of immunoglobulins. Protein A is very heat and acid stable.
