This series of glycoconjugate probes consists of HOCH 2CH 2NH 3 +-salts for carboxylates and sulfates. PAA is poly[N-(2-hydroxyethyl) acrylamide], a flexible polymer chain which serves as an additional spacer. The spacer-arm for oligosaccharides is normally –(CH 2) 3–. |
