Formulation: The long-circulating, pegylated, liposomal carrier is composed of N-(carbonyl-ethoxypolyethylene glycol 2000)-1,2-distearoyl- sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine sodium salt (MPEG-DSPE); fully hydrogenated soy phosphatidylcholine (HSPC), cholesterol, an ammonium sulfate core; histidine as a buffer; hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide for pH control; and sucrose to maintain isotonicity. |
