ETV5 loss has been linked to spermatogonial stem cell loss and infertility. Rabbit Anti-ETV5 (AB2) antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, bovine, and canine ETV5. Transcription factor ets variant gene 5 (ETV5/ERM) has various function in male reproduction. ETV5 regulates sertolic cell chemokines involved in stem/progenitor spermatogonia maintenance and is essential for spermatogonial stem cell (SSC) self-renewal. |
