应用

Zingerone has been used as an analytical standard to quantify the analyte in oenological products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). It may be used as an analytical standard to determine the analyte levels inPinus laricioneedles, ginger extracts, raspberry cultivars, and dietary supplements(10) by analytical techniques.
