一般描述

Diaion^?HP-20SS is a porous polystyrene polymer resin with large pores and surface area which has high capacity to adsorb organic compounds. It is widely used as adsorbent. It differs in chromatographic behavior from that of C₁₈Sep-Paks, since it separates by size and has selectivity for aromatic compounds.

应用

• Diaion^?HP-20SS was used as column packing material for HPLC analysis.
• Diaion^?HP-20SS was used in purification using TLC.

多环芳烃吸附剂，用于从发酵肉汤中分离疏水性化合物与生物分子。大分子在该树脂中传质速度快，在无水条件下作用良好，也可用于小生物分子的大规模的工业化分离。
