Amberlite IRA-410 chloride form may be used as a column material for the purification of crude lipase obtained fromBacillus circulansand extra-cellular lipase fromBacillus licheniformisMTCC 6824 by anion-exchange chromatography. It may also be used as an ion exchange resin for the recovery of amylases from maize malt by using expanded bed chromatography.
