应用
These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials. Alfuzosin hydrochloride may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the quantification of alfuzosin hydrochloride levels in pharmaceutical formulations by reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) and spectrophotometry.
生化/生理作用
Alfuzosin hydrochloride is an alpha-adrenergic blocker used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.
