一般描述
ZMyM3 is a conserved zinc finger protein that is expressed in the brain. It forms a part of the histone deacetylase-containing complex and has been implicated in X-linked mental retardation. Studies have reported that BMI1 binds to the promoter region of ZMyM3 and regulates histone acetylation, thereby contributing to myeloid malignancy.
Rabbit Anti-ZMyM3 (AB1) antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, and bovine ZMyM3.
