生化/生理作用
OSMR (oncostatin M receptor) gene also referred to as MGC150626, MGC150627, MGC75127, or OSMRB encodes for a protein that belongs to type I cytokine receptor family. OSMR interacts with interleukin 31 receptor A to form the interleukin 31 receptor. Hence, interleukin 31 binds to it and stimulates the STAT3 and perhaps STAT1 and STAT5 which in turn transduces oncostatin M specific signaling events.
