Microsomal glutathione S-transferase 2 (MGST2) belongs to the glutathione S-transferase (GST) family localized to the microsomes. MGST2 is involved in the production of leukotriene C4 by catalyzing the conjugation of leukotriene A4 and reduced glutathione.
