Kelch-like 13 (KLHL13) belongs to a family of kelch repeat domain containing proteins. It is a component of the BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. This complex binds to Aurora B and regulates cytokinesis and mitosis. Human KLHL13 is a 73 kDa protein.
