一般描述
KLF8 functions as a downstream target of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) during cell cycle progression and cyclin D1 regulation. It has also been implicated in oncogenic transformation. Furthermore, KLF8 is known to have prognostic implications in gastric adenocarcinomas.
Rabbit Anti-KLF8 (AB2) antibody recognizes human, mouse, and rat KLF8.
