CGI-143 (BOLA1) is a member of the bolA family of proteins. Rabbit Anti-CGI-143 antibody recognizes canine, human, mouse, rat, zebrafish, and bovine CGI-143.

应用
Rabbit Anti-CGI-143 antibody can be used for western blotting applications at a concentration of 0.5μg/ml. The antibody can also be used for IHC at 4-8μg/ml using paraffin-embedded tissues.

CGI-143 encodes proteins that seem to be involved in cell proliferation or cell-cycle regulation, but the molecular function is still unknown.
