PP3501 is a nucleus localizing protein that inhibits the proliferation of SH-Sγ5γ neuroblastoma cells at G1 phase and sensitizes these cells to sodium butyrate treatment which improves efficacy of chemo- and immunotherapy of cancer by unknown mechanisms.
