The NanoFabTx^?Polymer drug formulation kit, PLA, 100-200nm nanoparticles is a ready-to-use nanoformulation kit for nanoparticle synthesis for drug delivery. This kit provides properly selected PLA based formulation materials, and protocols, tested by nanoprecipitation and microfluidic methods, for the facile fabrication of PLA nanoparticles, suitable for pharmaceutical researches and applications.

This kit minimizes laboratory setup with optimized protocols and step-by-step instruction for synthesizing drug-encapsulated nanoparticle-based formulations. Poly( D , L -lactic acid) (PLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer that has been approved by the FDA for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications. PLA based nanoparticles have been widely used as drug delivery systems for different types of therapeutic molecules, to achieve controlled drug release.
