The proprietary GDS PickPen^?, 8-Magnets is designed to transfer magnetic particles when working with Assurance^?GDS pathogen detection kits. The incorporation of the PickPen^?in the immunomagnetic separation (IMS) process improves the procedure by concentrating the target pathogenwhile decreasing carryover of background microflora without compromising the sensitivity.
