Neurotrophin 4 (NT4). By dot blot, less than 1% cross-reactivity against NGF, BDNF or NT3.

应用

Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL (see suggested protocol).

Immunoblotting: 1-2 μg/mL

ELISA: 1-2 μg/mL

Inhibition of biological activity in vitro: 1-2 μg/mL.
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: Neutralizes NT4, but not other neurotrophins.

In vivo animal studies: use neat

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
