Detection of rat CD48 (cross blocks with OX-45).

培养基

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

传代培养常规

Seed at 5 x 10⁴cells/ml (5 x 10⁵cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 10⁵- 1 x 10⁶cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO₂, 37℃. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
