一般描述
The MVP ICON?Surface Sampling Device is a self-contained device for use with the MVP ICON?system for quality and HACCP-related monitoring of the environment. The sampling device does not puncture seals during activation, but lets the reagent flow down the swab shaft, and uniformly releases ATP sample from the tip. The MVP ICON?Surface Sampling Device is designed to compensate for variations in swabbing technique, thus offering accurate and consistent readings every time.
The MVP ICON?system detects food and microbiological residues by measuring Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) using luciferase bioluminescence. ATP is found in most food residues and all bacteria, yeast, and mold cells.

原理
