一般描述
B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) is an anti-apoptotic and target gene of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB). The protein is expressed in the nuclear envelope, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. The gene encoding BCL-2 is localized on human chromosome 18q21. Human Bcl-2 (amino-acids 1-211) (GenBank Accession No. P10415) with C-terminal His tag, MW = 27 kDa, expressed in anE. coliexpression system.

Useful for the study of apoptosis, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling.

B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) inhibits apoptosis in cells and has been shown to be upregulated in adenomas.

Formulated in 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 30% glycerol and 3 mM DTT.
制备说明
Thaw on ice. Upon first thaw, briefly spin tube containing enzyme to recover full content of the tube. Aliquot enzyme into single use aliquots. Store remaining undiluted enzyme in aliquots at -70℃. Note: Enzyme is very sensitive to freeze/thaw cycles.
