This Anti-Syntaxin Antibody, clone SP8 is validated for use in ELISA, WB, IH for the detection of Syntaxin.
Immunohistochemistry at >1:100-1:200.

Formalin fixed (fixed <4 weeks)

Western blotting at 1:100-1:10,000.

ELISA at 1:500

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
