Anti-LAMA4 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total LAMA4 protein.
Laminin-A4 (LAMA4) is a protein that is expressed at high levels invivoin clusters of hypertrophic chondrocytes. It is located on human chromosome 6q21.

Anti-LAMA4 antibody has been used in western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry.

Laminin-A4 (LAMA4) decreases the amount of cellular protrusions in cultured human chondrocytes. It participates in migration, proliferation and survival of several cells. LAMA4 induces invasion, migration and angiogenesis of trophoblast cell.
