This medium induces CADMEC?to form cord-like structures in 48 hours. These differentiated cells will resume their cobblestone morphology when switched back to CADMEC?Growth Medium. It is supplemented with defined components to allow angiogenesis studies on the Attachment Factor-coated tissue culture ware without the interference of undefined components in Matrigel.
