生化/生理作用
伏立康唑是用于治疗严重真菌感染的抗真菌药。伏立康唑通过抑制 CYP450 依赖性 14-α甾醇脱甲基酶来抑制麦角固醇合成，从而导致真菌细胞膜中的麦角固醇减少。
