一般描述
A cell-permeable inhibtor of protein kinase C (IC50= 20-50 ?M). Activates Ca2+-activated K+channels in amphibian myelinated nerve fibers at micromolar concentrations. An inhibitor ofmyo-inositol uptake. Also inhibits L-type Ca2+channel activity. A potent inhibitor of 5′-iodothyronine deiodinase. Antagonist of prostaglandin F2αreceptors linked to phospholipase C in astrocytes.
