Cellobiose-polymyxin B-colistin(CPC) agar is a medium used for the isolation and differentiation ofVibrio vulnificusin laboratory testing.

for the cultivation and identification of Vibrio species from foods

制备说明

Suspend 32.54 g in 500 ml of distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 45℃ and aseptically add reconstituted contents of 1 vial of CPC Supplement (Cat. No. 17137). Mix well.
