A chromogenic Agar for enumeration detection and differentiation ofClostridium sp., in particularClostridium perfringens, in aqueous samples. The medium is more reliable than m-CP Agar and easier to handle.
制备说明
Suspend 31.42 g in 400 ml distilled water and adjust the volume to 500 ml. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Cool to 50-55℃ and add 1 vial of Perfringens T.S.C. Supplement (P9352) or 1 vials of M-CP selective Supplement I (Cat. No. 51962). Dispense into petri dishes (we recommend small ones).

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult?and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect?culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
