Minimal medium recommended for the isolation and characterization of nutritional mutants of Escherichia coli.

制备说明

Suspend 10.6 g in 1000 ml of purified water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Mix well.
