一般描述

Prepared by a chemical modification of K-252a. A potent, specific, cell-permeable, reversible and ATP-competitive inhibitor of protein kinase A (K_i= 56 nM). Does not significantly affect the activity of PKC, PKG, or MLCK. Inhibits axon branching in cultured neurons.

Does not significantly affect the activities of PKC, PKG, and MLCK. Inhibits axon branching in cultured neurons. A 2 mM (50 ?g/47 ?l) solution of KT 5720 (Cat. No. 420323) in DMSO is also available.
