Peptide Inhibition Analysis:
HeLa cell lysate, HeLa cell lysate+ non-phosphorylated protein, and HeLa cell lysate + phosphorylated peptide were probed with Cat. No. 07-507, Anti-phospho-BMK 1/ERK5 (Thr218/Tyr220) (1?g/mL(1:1000) dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminesence detection system.

Arrow indicates BMK1/ERK5 (~115 kDa) on HeLa cell lysate & HeLa cell lysate + non-phosphorylated peptide. No band is present on the HeLa cell lysate + phosphorylated peptide indicating successful peptide inhibition of the antibody.

Evaluated by Western Blotting/Peptide Inhibition Analysis in HeLa cell lysate.

Western Blot/Peptide Inhibition Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected phospho-BMK1/Erk5 (Thr218/Tyr220) in HeLa cell lysate.
