针对原位杂交 (ISH) 操作方案优化的即用型杂交溶液。
In situhybridization assays detect a specific nucleic acid sequence of a gene at the cellular level. Hybridization solution is used to enhance hybrid formation between the DNA probe and the target mRNA on tissue sections. It may be used for reconstituting and/or diluting the probe for in situ hybridization experiments, or as a negative control (without probe).

应用

Hybridization solution has been used in:

• fluorescentin situhybridization (FISH) to perform probe annealing
• in situhybridization (ISH) to dilute probe for the detection of amastigote forms ofLeishmania infantum
• FISH analysis to hybridize probes
