Hydrogen voltage gated channel 1 (HVCN1) is a voltage gated proton channel and is needed for efflux of intracellular acid. The gene encoding it is localized on human chromosome 12q24.11.

生化/生理作用
Hydrogen voltage gated channel 1 (HVCN1) modulates insulin secretion by participating in Ca2+homeostasis. In mice, the channel is involved in superoxide generation, bacterial removal from granulocytes and neutrophils and superoxide-associated B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling. HVCN1 might be associated with BCR-mediated B-cell malignancies.
