生化/生理作用

SNX-482 is a peptidyl toxin originally isolated from the venom of the spiderHysterocrates gigas. SNX-482 specifically blocks Cav2.3 (a1E, R-type) calcium channels in a voltage dependent manner. SNX-482 also blocks P/Q-type voltage-gated Ca²⁺channels and blocks A-type K⁺channels (IC₅₀of <3 nm).

重悬

Any aqueous buffer. Centrifuge before use (10000 x g for 5 min). After reconstitution, store for 3 months at ?20 ℃ or up to four weeks at 2-8 ℃.
