一般描述
A cell-permeable indole derivative that acts as an inhibitor of Wnt signaling and exhibits an inhibitory effect in a reporter cell line (IC50= 4.6 ?M) and demonstrates growth inhibition in multiple cancer cell lines, not by altering β-catenin accumulation but by blocking transcription at the β-catenin level. Displays reduced expression of Wnt target genes in myc and survivin-luciferase reporter assays, and exhibitsin vivoactivity by blocking the development of zebrafish at 20 ?M and Xenopus embryos at 75 ?M.
