一般描述
BCL6 is a transcriptional regulator gene which codes for a 706-amino-acid nuclear zinc finger protein.1In normal tissue these antibodies have strong nuclear staining for a subset of B-lymphocytes, mostly located in germinal centers (GC).2BCL6 antibodies stain malignant cells in follicular lymphoma,3diffuse large B-cell lymphomas,4Burkitt lymphoma,4classical Hodgkin lymphoma,5as well as majority of tumor cells in nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma.6BCL6 expression has been also seen in anaplastic large cell lymphomas (ALCL).7
