Secretes small amounts of an IgM monoclonal antibody of unknown specificity. It has been used for commercial production of human interferon. The cells contain the EBV genome and should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37℃. A maximum density of 2x1,000,000 cells/ml is possible.
