应用

Tissue Section Slide – I is suitable for immunohistochemistry applications and has been used as a immunohistochemistry control slide. The slide may also be used forin situhybridization andin situPCR studies, which includes tissue specific protein and mRNA expression, to compare the location of novel genes among different tissues.
Suitable for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. May be used for cellular localization of tissue specific mRNA and protein expression.

Paraffin embeded tissue sections, approximately 5 μm thick.
