Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:8 to 1:10 , i.e., seeding at 2-4 x 10⁴cells/cm²using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37 ℃. Population doubling approx 20hrs. At confluence 10⁵cells/cm²can be expected.
