生化/生理作用
Mirtazapine is a noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant (NaSSA). Mirtazapine agonizes selective adrenergic and serotonergic receptors so that both NE release and 5-HT1Amediated serotonergic signaling are increased.
