Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from ULK1+/- ULK2+/- Knockout mice. The MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised with SV40 large T-antigen. This cell line can be used as a wild-type control with ULK1 knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts to study ULK1-dependent processes.

培养基

DMEM + 10% FCS +2mM Glutamine

传代培养常规

Trypsinize with 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA and inoculate new cultures at 2 x 10⁴per cm². Cultures must be incubated in a humidified 5% CO₂/95% air incubator at 37^oC .
