c-Met is a protein that belongs to Tyr protein kinase family. It has a pivotal role in various physiological processes like scattering, morphogenesis and proliferation. C-Met (Tyr1349) is the principal docking site for PI 3-kinase and GAB1. Phosphorylation of (Tyr1349) and (Tyr1356) is crucial for protein binding. Rabbit anti-phospho-c-Met (pTyr¹³⁴⁹) antibody reacts specifically with c-Met (pTyr¹³⁴⁹) from human.

应用

Anti-phospho-c-Met (pTyr¹³⁴⁹) antibody can be used in western blotting (diluted 1:1000).
