物理属性

Recombinant construct with N-terminal deletion of Asp. Structurally equivalent to native albumin by x-ray crystallography. The N-terminal Asp is the principal Cu²⁺and Ni²⁺chelation site; its deletion eliminates an important antigenic determinant, and the protein is hypoallergenic. Also blocked at Cys³⁴to improve stability, monomer content and homogeneity.
