Hck is a protein-tyrosine kinase that is expressed in hemopoietic cells. It is used in leukemia research .

生化/生理作用

Hck is a member of the Src tyrosine kinase family. Hck has been shown to associate with and be activated by Bcr-Abl, which is a protein-tyrosine kinase that is expressed in chronic myelogenous leukemia .

One unit will phosphorylate 1.0 picomole of Tyr¹⁵of the peptide substrate p^{cdc2 6-20}per minute at 30 ℃ at pH 7.4.
