For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
SLAM-VU^proS-¹³CH₃Kit is used to incorporate¹³CH₃isotopomer on valine. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It is used in the detection of structurally meaningful long-range and intermolecular NOEs restraints in solid-state NMR spectroscopy
