应用

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
SLAM-I^γ2-¹³CH₃is available for labeling isoleucine precursor with¹³CH₃isotopomer. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It enables study of protein complexes revealing the mechanisms of dynamic molecular machines in solid-state isotopomer.
