应用

For solid-state NMR applications and dynamic studies.
For regio- and/or stereo- specific isotope labelilng of Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine, and Alanine with¹³CHD₂isotopomers.
SLAM-A^β-¹³CHD₂kit is used for labeling alanine precursor with¹³CHD₂isotopomer. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It can be employed for the study of side chain dynamics of protein in the solid-state NMR spectroscopy.
