应用

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
TLAM- I^δ1LV^proS-¹³CH₃is an optimized kit to produce proteins with¹³CH₃isotopomer on regio and stereo-specific methyl groups of isoleucine, leucine and valine residues. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It is used in the detection of structurally meaningful long-range and intermolecular NOEs restraints in solution NMR spectroscopy.
