应用

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
High incorporation of¹³CH₃isotopomer of methyl groups in valine residues without detectable scrambling is achieved using SLAM-V^proS-¹³CH₃kit. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It enables investigation of supramolecular complex upto 1 MDa in solid-state NMR spectroscopy studies.
